Is it possible for a female cockatiel to sing songs?

I am A first time bird owner and I have a female cockatiel and I was wondering if its possible for a female to sing songs or is it just males?

My understanding is that it's usually the males that sing, but some females will too.

I think it’s normally males but @Xoetix as a video of her female singing/whistling maybe she can share
