Is Hibiscus rose safe for cockatiels to sit on, or chew?

Hello, i wanna give a little tree to my cockatiels to sit in, it s a chinese rose or hibiscus rose safe for cockatiels to sit in it or chew it/it s leaves? I was thinking of a place for them to stay and play, and i want to know if i can shorten my work and directly give them a tree of hibiscus rose.
