If I am doing something to him he doesn't like Rudy says "No!!!" and he will squeal in exasperation just like a person and also has this "aaaargh!" like sound when his wishes are thwarted

When I was in high school I had a parrot. One day my Mom was mopping the floor around his cage and he looked at her and said "Good Girl". He had picked that up from my training the dog. How he knew to use that phrase??
