IRN Cage Problem

I got a baby IRN a few days ago and I let him out of the cage the day after getting him but it took us over 5 hours to get him back in because of how scared he was of us (he also flew into walls and the window). I want to let him out again but I know I won’t be able to get him back in. What should I do?

You could offer him a treat that he really likes. Or you could start target training him and get him back in the cage that way.
