That's a lot of carbs in one place. I really do not eat much pasta - don't like it. If I am doing something that needs a large boost of energy for the day then maybe I will eat a serving. I noticed in Switzerland the skiers are the people that eat plates full of noodles.
I have been wondering how real those bean noodles really are because when I eat them, they're not really that filling. And how can their texture be so similar to noodles?

Interesting, I give them to him but I've not tried them yet. Ingredients on the chickpeas ones I bought were simple. i stored them in a mason jar tho so I can't check package.
