My cockatiel flew off my shoulder and fell, and injured the tip of her beak. It bled a little, in droplets, until I stopped it by putring pressure on it with a q tip. Is there anything I can do, or need to watch out for?

I don't know, just wanted to say that I'm sorry this happened. Is your bird acting OK?

its hard to know how serious without Pic.

Most minor beak injuries heal without intervention. Offer soft foods if showing signs of pain or reluctant to eat.

Serious injuries need a vet check.

Make sure she is able to eat okay...a broken beak tip can really hurt. One of my caiques broke off the tip of her beak several years ago and it was quite painful. I syringe fed her for a few days (I just put her pellets in some pedilyte with some baby food to make a mush and squirted it into the side of her beak). She did fine, but looked like she had a massive headache for a few days.
