infertile egg question and concerns

my cockatiel just recently laid an infertile egg but shows no interest in it should i just throw it out or leave it in with her????

Leave it with her for a few days- they do not usually show much interest till the full clutch is laid. If you remove it there is a high chance you will cause your bird to lay another to replace it which becomes a problem.
