In search of bird toy. Help!

So I was at petsmart and I saw two parakeets having a blast with a toy. They don't carry it there and didn't know where I could find it. I NEED this toy. Please help me identify it.

Just a little bit ago I was recommended to look at the vendors on this site and WOW they have way more stuff than the pet stores carry! I would try there as well.

I can´t see the pic, it just says IMG. Strange they have a toy with the birds that they don´t sell nor know where it came from......

You know we have several vendors here that make safe toys and the operative word is safe. I can say that about toys you purchase in a pet store.
