Video I'm so in love!

I would so love to give my greys an outdoor aviary so they could do this! I saw this on FB about a week ago and I was told by the vet techs at the UW yesterday that Chevey CAG spent her time there yesterday when she wasn't in the lab digging in the corner of the lab...just digging and digging and digging...it made me laugh as does this video!

Yep...although I never really understood why. I just looked it up this morning because I was curious. I knew they were ground foragers but I always kind of thought that it was more for nesting behavior which still doesn't make a whole lot of sense because they do not nest on the ground. It's thought to be for food in grasses and such that they are going after.
