My Quaker does that and makes little piggy noises and giggles at himself 
It's honestly way too cute! I've been trying to get him to play more and talk more (he's about 10 and didn't have the best start so we are working on it) and I've noticed he's been doing more and more over the years. This is a new one but I've heard him starting to make "grunting noises" and starting to laugh sometimes. He will laugh when we do, the only problem is he sounds so evil when he laughs!My Quaker does that and makes little piggy noises and giggles at himself
They are all so interesting and waaaayyyy too cute. It's so hard not to melt watching them do things.My sun conure does this too, but I gotta admit its pretty cute
