911 I think my budgie ate a piece of tape

i was doing crafts on my dining room table last night and forgot a piece of packing tape that I had stuck on the side. When my budgie was playing on the table this morning, I found him gnawing at the tape so I took it away.

Upon further inspection, there a piece that looks to be torn of, of which I don’t remember doing. I’m worried that he ingested it but I don’t know for sure. What should I do?
