I think I've been taken to the cleaners with this "bundle" of toys

I think I've been suckered into paying way too much for a "surprise" bundle of toys. I received a discount coupon from a vendor (doesn't have a presence on this forum) and thought I'd give them a try. I ordered "Premium All-Natural Parrot Toys (Bundle of 3) and "Foraging Toy Box (Bundle of 5)" for medium sized parrots. Cost me $120 including shipping.
This is what I received. Looks more like $50-$60 worth of toys to me. Right?

I've seen many like that on Amazon.
You have to be very careful with such.
And yes, seems very little for so much.
They also seem pretty much for smaller, not medium birds.
I think medium as small amazon, small too, tag, etc...

That is about $20 wholesale in toys.

I was going to post this alone, but it's a good example of what that can purchase from hoot holler (@WallyLoopey). Boxes from @Mizzely and @Macawnutz will be similar to size and number. There are a few more things not pictured, a bag of footies/refill parts, bag of mahogany and corks... You are welcome to my discount code for my next purchase if you want it. In the center are 3 hanging toys a huge footie, bag of footies, and a little platform were part of the $45 mystery box. The enormous green, and the dark green on the left I got separately. So, still under 120. Definitely use our vendors next time, they are phenomenal.

Can you contest this with your CCC? It honestly looks like those crap bundles from china that you find on eBay and Amazon. The yucca toy would maybe be in the $7.00-10.00 at a retailer and does not look fresh, more like old stock.

I know exactly where you bought those toys. It looks like half of what you paid was for shipping internationally? The toys themselves are OK. My birds seemed to like 2 of the 3 toys in the one bundle. But, yeah, you are paying boutique prices from that site.

Yucca toy is about $8
Chopstick (medium) retails about $14
Corn blossom $8.50
Diamond (Large) $8.50
Snow Cone (medium) $10
Puffball Hat (medium) $11.50
String Ball Foot Toy $2.99
Foraging Tiki Perch $12.99

So about $76.48 based on what I can buy directly from Planet Pleasures or on Petco.com right now with no sales/coupons.

Gosh, you nailed it!

Our eclectus tore right through half of this stuff in a couple of days. They other items he is ignoring for now.

I'll be shopping the reputable vendors on the forum from now on.

If he's a pretty good chewer, Seriously Nutz is seriously awesome. While I also have a mystery box and am proud of it, I know my strength lies in smaller birds, or at least less heavy chewers. I subscribe to Nutz for my Jardine's and am always very impressed.

For foraging toys, a Caitec has a lot of durable acrylic ones and I have many of them that get used daily! I probably have to update it a bit as I think I've bought more since then, but here are some reviews I've done on them: Foraging Toy Reviews
