I have been texting and I’m really on the fence at the moment. I just spent another 1300 trying to figure out what’s wrong with Zia. She just started plucking everything after Maui passed and nothing in our arsenal is working. It’s also a weird feather loss compared to my other pluckers. And I lost another keet this week.
But I honestly think this girlie would be better with a smaller flock.

Could be due to grieving. My pionus started in on her flight feathers the day after my Amazon died in a cage accident. I'm sure it was not a pleasant thing to witness as my Amazon got her foot through the hole in the swing out door (definite design flaw). And couldn't get her foot out. I was gone at work .

Yeah its just tough because
Webchrip has been helping me alot. I text her when I am considering a home to rehome her to because of her experience. there are a few I have been thinking of... one seems like a good flock home, and there are a few good pair homes as well. Its just my bird hates to be in the cage, so I am trying to find her a home where she can be out a lot, but I am not sure if she would change her behavior with another bird.. but Alot i see do like to be out of the cage
