I need help with Training my cockatiel to lift her wings on command

I tried putting my fingers by her wings to have her lift them up and she just bites me then steps up and she doesn't really lift her wings by herself that much so it would be hard to just wait until she does it do you have any tips on how to get her to do this

Maybe she would imitate you putting your arms out?
I have best luck capturing a behavior and rewarding it. But I see you write that’s not working so well for you.
