This time I used millet, amaranth, wild rice, brown rice, red lentils, red kidney bean, chick peas, kale, carrot, broccoli, squash, hot pepper flakes, dandelion, cayenne pepper and can't remember what other spices... :)

Looks delicious.
I made a mushy mash last night as well, I used sweet potatoe, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, quinoa, and habarnero peppers oh and a handful of spring greens, I boiled the veggies and put the peppers and spring mix into the food processer and then mushed everything together.

Looks nasty but they loved it.
Oh I threw in some frozen peas and corn as well into the other boiling veggies.
I have never added much spices, I should start doing that!
