I made a new friend

Pita here....

I had so much fun today. Mommy took me with her to the Bird place she goes to where all the birdies without forever homes live. Nice place actually.

I got to see my favorite person, Karen. I got to sit and visit with Beaker, a little Hans Macaw, that is staying in Karens office. We had so much fun.....especially because it's Wednesday and Mommy told me on Wednesday the birdies get eggs...I love eggs, so Beaker let me have some of his. We talked to each other....well, I quacked & Beaker made cute little noises. I'll never tell what he said...hehehe. Mommy said I was a really good boy, because I didn't attack Beaker...why would I....he had eggs.

Of course I should know by now that when Mommy brings me with her, there's always a reason. Guess she was getting tired of me scratching her when I go down her shirt, so I got wrapped in a towel, which I hate, and then Karen & Dr Noel gave me a manicure. I didn't really like it.

Anyway, I love going in the car with Mommy, and we had a good day.
