I lost a piece of my heart today

I am shattered.
Part of me knew, part of me didn't want to admit it.
After giving him his medicine yesterday I kissed his head. He normally would not let me do that, nor would I ever force him to let me, he didn't even flinch.
He passed away last night, after something like 7 years with me. He was always there with me from the very beginning through the good, the bad, and the ugly of my bird keeping experience. It's not right that he is not here.
My Sweet LJ, I hope I made up for all the mistakes I made with you. Go be with Allura, Sapphire, Opal and all my other sweet babies, tell them I miss you all :darkcloud:
