Urgent I just need reassurance this is normal molting

I haven't had Zazu through a "big" molt. I left this morning she was fine, I came home to her with close to no chest feathers.

She is acting normal and talking.
I was just a bit alarmed when she walked over and feathers are gone!

I just need to be reassured, she's completely fine. This is normal.

It looks OK to me but I am not very experienced with bigger birds. My budgie, however, has had a relatively heavy moult which he quickly recovered from. It doesn't look too bad to me.

Looks like plucking to me. Time for a vet visit.

Wanted to add that it's not normal for a bird so young to pluck due to behavioural issues, so you definitely need to go to a vet to (hopefully) rule out medical issues. This is not a molt, definitely plucking.

ok, a couple of questions; there was no feathers under her cage or in the tray? if so then it's time for vet visit asap.

Thank you. Vet is saying definitely not normal, did a tape test to look at her skin and hopefully is a good diagnosis.
