Apparently there's not a lot of literature on overdosing this med. Bird dosing is similar to dogs, in terms of mL per Kg, and she found examples of dogs getting this equivalent dose for the duration of the treatment.
What antifungal is she on? I know Baytril and such aren't toxic if overdosed like that but the antifungals can have some nasty side effects. So glad Yuna is okay! Those 0's tend to disappear, don't they?I have Yuna 0.3 ml instead of 0.03 ml which is a drop!
I'm just grateful I caught myself before I have her 0.8 mL. That would have been much worse. Now that I've made that mistake once, though, I will be a whole lot more careful in the future. It is called amphoteracine. She has two antibiotics, and the anti-inflammatory also. I dble checked and it is the anti-inflammatory I gave too much. Yeah...vast difference with that extra 0.
Oh yeah, she's sleeping now. I'm trying to get my heart rate to return to normal.Oh Ellen, Glad you got an answer. You are tired and overwhelmed. It happens to everyone.
How's Olive doing? getting ready for bed?
