I know birds like it humid. I have green cheeks. What humidity should I aim for? Thanks in advance:D

You have to be careful about humidity, because you can cause mold growth.

Personally, I just offer baths several times a week.

Humidity should be at least 50%. Parrots like it 70-80% but that's not realistic inside a house.

Depends on the time of year too.... 40-50% is usually comfortable for humans but if you get too high in the winter it will cause a lot of condensation on the windows!

You have to be careful about humidity, because you can cause mold growth.

And fungal growth too. It's good to have some humidity,
but like you mentioned, you have to be careful about it.
