Is the 'staff on line' considered to be the moderator? And how to ask them a Q without having to start a conversation [uses up the lifetime allocation]...? Thank you.

Send a PM conversation (you can always delete it after the topic is done so your inbox doesn´t get full) or you can post stuff here in the Consierge desk and tag staff using the @Staff tag.

If your inbox is getting full, you can delete (¨leave¨) some older conversations to make more space.

So THIS is considered to be a PM conversation?
No, a conversation is.
PM = Private Message

The concierge desk is public. So if you don´t mind the conversation being public, you can post here as an alternative. For eg. if you need help with something.

Don´t feel stupid. This is what the concierge desk is for - questions ;)
We were all new at one point or another, or needed help with stuff and asked those types of questions :)

OK... so I won't feel so stupid the next time asking a Q like this! :rolleyes: Thank you...
A question is never stupid.

Sometimes you might think an answer may appear a bit too in depth, like we're talking to a brand new birdie owner/beginner to birds.

Try to always remember there are also people that lurk before joining. Any question and answer information is good!
