I freeze mine, but my greens are food processed into a mash. I would imagine (and have heard from other people who do this) that larger pieces of greens greens don't hold up well after being frozen. I think they have the tendency to get mushy after they're thawed.AND another question to all the people that freeze their chop: do you guys add leafy greens to that version as well? Do they uphold well? I have only made weekly batches and kept them in the refrigerator.
You can always freeze everything else in the chop as a big batch and add greens fresh during feeding times. Some people do that.
