So I gave Fenway Pom for the first time and she loves it.
I put about 15 seeds in a cup not sure if she would and she ate every one.

Keahi ignored them though, so Fenway has the whole Pom to herself, how much of it should I let her eat?

Take it you are talking pommigranites here?
My lot have a quarter of one each, washed skin the lot. They hold the quarter in their claw and pick out what they want. The seeds are usually thrown out all over my walls if possible. They just eat the fleshy bit around the seed.
Rich in goodness and iron for them. They love it, and get through about two a week between them.

Thanks everyone. :D

that's another thing, Fenway was really neat about it, her veggies make more of a mess.

I think I'm doing it wrong. :hehe:

So no part of the pomegranate is dangerous to them? I can just cut it up, wash it, and serve?

I wash the outside while it is whole and THEN cut it up as I go over a few days. There is no need to wash the individual pom seeds.
But, yep it's all safe.
Be warned it can make for colorful poop!

Pom is VERY healthy fruit, I'd say as long as your birds ate a very well diet already, with tons of mixed veggies and their pellets, seed, etc. I'd give them a good 3"longx2" wide piece of Pom. I myself eat Pom almost everyday, my fids LOVE IT!!:cool1: And I cant give them other healthy fruits (like mango, kiwi, etc) they will get a good size Pom instead. On days they've already aten a good portion of fruit, they get smaller bits of a Pom, probably a good 1"-2" pieces, that has probably 15-20seeds on it.
