Video Hormonal or playful?

I was just wondering if someone could explain this kind of behavior. I do not really understand if he is just being playful or if he is hormonal. If I understand correctly, he should be coming into some kind of mating season right about now. I’ve also noticed that he talks a lot and is acting a little impatient.

I’ve tried to upload a video, but that was harder than I thought it would be. These pictures do not really show exactly what's going on, but I hope you can somewhat see what I mean.
