Today I saw that my bird poop was brown.
I found it in the evening...by that time it was dry but smelled bad (like blood)
When I checked him now .. his poop is normal and green.
What should I do now.

Poops often relate to what they've been eating. Seed will cause green (almost black) poops. Some vegetables turn poop pale green. Some vegetables and pellets cause brown poops. Chewing coloured toys can colour the poops too. Go through what he's been eating/chewing and see if you can identify the source of this colour.
