Unfortunately, the quality of avian care in Jeddah is below average. Anyhow I found 2 places that helped me when my bird was bleeding 1st the international animal care the second was Happy pet vet dr. Christina.
If the situation is critical I would suggest taking your bird to another city like Riyadh or the Eastern region since they have more avian experts.
