Thank you! I did hesitate because she's not quite fully weaned yet, not emotionally anyway... but when they asked us if we wanted to take her home today because it was only a matter of a few weaks before she'll stop needing her evening feeding... we just couldn't say no. I should have really... but... once she snugles up on your shoulder, rubing against your cheek like a cat, it's just impossible to resist her.
She's afraid of nothing and wants to explore everything, nothing like my shy pi boys when we introduced them to their new home and family. But yes, she's extremly loud! especially when she screatches in your ear while holding onto it with her beak.
My ear actually rang.
we'll have to make lots of toys for this busy baby! but I can't get over how outgoing she is. She just follows us like a flying puppy and doesn't act stressed at all.
Oh and I say "she" by habit because in French, conures are a "she" not an "it" but we still don't know what "she" is as she's not dna sexed yet.
