Help with bald patches

Hey all! We have a year old female sweep who all of a sudden has started getting bald spots and looking very scruffy. At first we though it was another molt but in the lasts 3 days the bald patches have appeared. She eats a mixed seed diet fruit and veg but only eats certain colors! She has out time everyday too. Not sure if this is her doing it to herself or something else. We have a vet appointment on Sat but seeing if anyone had any advice. Thanks!
