Help!! (Sad update #3)

My budgie's friend died a week ago (I currently have no way of getting another bird). At first he seemed fine, but now he's keeping his eyes closed and seems a little fluffed up. He isn't entirely tamed yet, so he usually avoids my hand, but now he's not doing anything about it when I try to touch him, or when any objects go near him. It is mid-day and it's been a long day for him but I'm still concerned he may be sick or dying!! Is he sick or just tired? (He's always tired around this time but I'm just really concerned now that his friend is gone)

I would be going to the vet with him. His behavior suggests he is ill.

If, at the right time for you, you’d like to get more budgies, don’t forget to thoroughly sanitize everything & to throw out anything that can’t be (keep only metal & plastic). The timeframe for these budgies suggests a possible contagious illness.
