Urgent Help! My Budgie Flew Into a Wall!

So I took my budgie out yesterday and she was sitting on my hand. She got scared of something and flew into the wall. She seemed fine and could fly after that, but I noticed that when she rests on a perch, her feathers are all puffed up and not just flat down. She also hasn't been as vocal and responsive to he mate, but she does eat. I've never had this happen before and I don't know if she'll be fine or if this is an emergency. Please help me!

Keep her caged, warm and calm. Sounds like shock (as she can still fly) but you really should take her to an avian vet to make sure there's no injuries.
Keep an eye on her for any other symptoms. If anything shows that concerns you get her straight to the vet as an emergency.

She seems to be eating and flying around just fine, though she is still puffed up. I'm hoping she will recover, but if she starts acting weird or not eating I'll take her to the vet.
