Have you listed him on www.parrotalert.com ?
Post in facebook groups,
Email all vets (even cats/dogs ones)
create flyers to post in local shops etc
Walk around the streets calling him
Go around the neighbourhood with pictures asking if anyone has seen him
Check neighbours gardens
Check on top of apartment building roofs
Look in the local park in the trees
Advise local animal services (the pound, rescue centres)
Drop a poster off at the police station, fire station

My son has lost his pet of 10 years. Reagan is a male cockatiel that flew out the door accidentallyin Lexington, Ky.. We are devastated. If you have seen him, 20201124_194722.jpg there is a big reward. We just want him back. Thank you!

I hope you find him. Also, you can contact your local police department and vet offices. People sometimes turn in or report found birds there.

Check and post on craigslist.
Contact your local pet shops, vet offices, shelters, and grooming places. Many have bulliten boards you can post a flyer at.
Ask anyone you know if you can put a flyer up in the window of their car.
Ask elementary schools if you can post a flyer for kids - kids often are the ones that see things adults miss, and they love the idea of a reward!
Find local facebook groups for your area - not just pet ones.
