Help Is my bird sick or is he sleepy

My bird had been acting strange lately he would be fine in the morning playing singing and preening himself but when the sun goes down he gets too sleepy to the point he won’t woke up at all even if i give him his favourite food he wouldn’t ear or drink he wasn’t like this at all he was energetic all day and took multiple nap during the day just like the rest of the flock. Yesterday he was so sleepy and i called the vet and he gave him antibiotics he also eats sunflower seeds only since he started acting like this even when he fully awoke

The first picture is him in morning when he had energy he played a little then went to sleep then woke up again preened himself and slept.
the second picture is him at night fully sleep and i can’t wake him up
