I know I said I would take a break but this is urgent. Sprinkles feathers usually look like first pic, and now her perfect feathers seem messy! Is she plucking?

I suspect she's moulting.

Keep an eye out for feathers. If they've been moulted naturally, the base of the shaft will be rounded and smooth. If they've been barbered, they'll look like they've been snipped off. You can post photos of any feathers you find here and we'll try to help you work out what's going on.
