Help Identifying Cage Manufacturer

I volunteer with a parrot rescue and this cage was donated with one of our intakes. It is an extremely well-made cage and very sturdy! Does anyone recognize the manufacturer? I have never seen any cage like it and the food doors/locking mechanisms don't seem familiar.

Looks like a California cage to me. They've been out of business for at least a decade.
