Help!! Cockatiel ate a Vitamin D Tablet!!!!

I woke up late today so usually my dad takes care of Ember in the morning while he works online. He looked away for a about a few seconds and Ember was on the floor chewing on a small tablet of Vitamin D. No idea how it ended up on the floor but my dad said she only had a small nibble of it before he threw it away. Ember seems fine right now but I'm really worried.

Can she get sick?? I'm freaking out please help!!

Vitamin D3 is necessary for a bird's health but it is best for them to get it from sunlight and pellets... I can't think of why that would be bad for a bird but tagging @Mizzely just in case.
