Where does she sleep?
do you have a picture?
did you get her checked at the vet when you got her?
how do you feed her?
when did you get her?

I don't know much about babies, but that is very worrisome in any species. You've got to get a vet involved.

More questions to answer so you can get better help:

How much has she been eating?
What does she weigh?
Do you have access to the breeder for help?
It's imperative that she gets hydration and nourishment, is she still eating?

Your baby really needs to see an avian vet. Babies can go downhill very quickly.

In the meantime, keep her warm and calm. I really must stress that she needs to see a vet as soon as possible.

Hopefully by now they've gone to a vet for assistance. I have no idea what a21 formula is. Googled it... NutriBird.

go to the vet is a valid suggestion, but if you give us more information someone here may be able to help you.

I raised all my little ones on Nutribird. It is a common choice amongst breeders here in Spain, my vet also agreed it is a good quality formula (along with another one).

@Ecang For eclectus, you should be using A19.

Archie, I have just spotted a duplicate thread so I have merged them together to contain all responses in the same place.

Have you managed to get to the vet? I hope your bird will be ok.

This person could be somewhere in Europe? Wondering why they haven't come back. Hoping for an update.

Maybe. Thread started at 7.45pm my time (Germany/Spain), so 6.45 France/UK.
My post was at 10.20pm my time and it is now 1am.
So if this person is in Europe, they would have had to see an out of hours vet and are now likely sleeping.

I am sure I have seen this same formula available in India. Wasn´t there a member who uses it but couldn´t get a hold of it the other month.

I don't remember.... sometimes there are so many people that post for help with babies. That... and my brain is much older than yours!

I don't remember
Sometimes I remember the most random things...
Either way, unless the member is in the USA, it is likely night time

What is the inside temperature of your house? Tiny babies like this need to be kept warm. It doesn't look like you are providing a heat source if the baby is kept in this container. What is the temperture of the formula? As suggested above the formula you should be feeding is the A19.

@mythic55 Are you able to help this person?

29-32°C – While they have mostly down feathers
26-28°C – When feathers cover the wings and the head and breast are partially covered
