Wow... quite a turnout!
Without mentioning much one way or another, I'll simply link to this site.
To answer some questions up front....
Yes, I do work there.
Yes we have about 100 birds (90+).
No, not all of the 1,000 or so have been at this one sanctuary.
Yes, we have a web site - linked above.
No, I don't have cable so I've never seen an episode of "Dog Town"
There are loads of different issues around birds in captivity/companion birds and I believe very strongly about many of them (You can guess which ones since I've spent almost 7 years in avian rescue). Get me started and I can go off on a 10 year long rant without even scratching the surface. Therefor, I don't want people thinking that I speak for the sanctuary.
Anything I post on here (the few times I'm able to) will really be just my own thoughts/opinions so I don't want people thinking I'm speaking for any one particular group. So please try to take it all at face value basically.
