Looks to me to be a pearl pied. Can't really tell if he/she is cinnamon or grey. 
This is Grahamy. She is a cinnamon pearl pied. She is a tan colored not grey.
If a straight pearl you wont know until after the first major molt. If a male the pearls wi be molted out.
If a male pearl. The pearls will molt out.
If he/she is a pearl pied the pearls may not molt out even if male. The best way to tell is DNA.
