Hi guys.. I'm grabbing a heated perch for my Macaw and my Yellow Naped Amazon, Rocky. I'm getting the large size for my Macaw but I'm not sure if I should get the Large or Medium for my Amazon. I'm going with the "K & H" brand since that's what I got for my Grey and it's been wonderful. (He loves it!!)
Rocky, My Amazon, has a bad liver and because of that has had some trouble with the bottom of his feet, making him kind of clumsy.. I thought the larger size might make it easier for him.
The Medium size is : 1.25" dia x 13" long
The Large size is: 2" dia x 14.5" long
What do you guys think?
