Healthy Weight?

I weighed my budgies because it's been a while and I am trying measured portions of food.
Kiwi a 8-9 month old female weighs 31g and Skye a 6-8 month old male weighs 29g
Are those normal healthy weights or are they kinda low? Maybe @Sparkles99 can help? I know you own budgies.
