My guess would be a red tailed hawk .. They come in so many colorations! I'm not 100% but the stripes and dark wingtips make me think of them

I do not believe that there are red-tailed hawks in England.

Absolutely beautiful. That was a great part of driving truck, getting to see all the birds across the country. We had golden eagles near our place in NE Washington.

Well I know that I honestly thought buzzard originally when I saw it but then I saw "Jersey" for the location, dismissing the rest, and immediately thought New Jersey I was like, well we don't have buzzards in the US! (the ones we call "buzzards" are actually vultures).

I think I found it. Read the diet statement - not a dead flesh eating buzzard.
