I was talking about the pic I saw in your link..... the aviator is what I have for Burt and is definitely secure. Another popular one is the Avian web harness.

So this is wuat you think is the safe one? Its the one im going to buy

The avianweb one looks much more promising...no sizes for cockatiels available near me, only one is for macaws and double the price of the aviator one .Oh well, aviator isnt bad by any means
