It’s late and I’ve already posted today but Facebook reminded me it’s Ella’s third gotcha day! She’s such a lovely and independent little bird. We don’t have a close relationship, but I know she enjoys our company and trusts us. We had a bit of a scare a few weeks ago and I’m so glad my girl is still with us.
It’s so incredible to see how she’s bloomed since Titus joined our family. She’s more vocal and curious, venturing further from her cage than she’s ever been willing.

She had some trouble passing her first egg, and the doctors were concerned at first that there wasn’t an egg and weren’t sure of the cause of the swelling. Pretty scary.
