Happy 2nd Gotcha Day / 21st Hatchday, Ripley!

Well it is a phobia so it doesn't have to make any sense, it is what it is and you work through it as you have on your own. As I got a job and got out in the world it just got better over time and I even worked at Radio Shack for a while being the only stock person they ever had I guess but I did write up tickets if needed and help people.
I still like to be by myself and when I do things I USUALLY like to have a friend or family member along and I'm very family oriented and our little family is pretty tight.
I never was officially diagnosed but I started trying to figure out what was going on with me and how to deal with it and that is what fits me best.
That's the deal, we survive and continue on and grow, but it is a bit of a bother, Some folks really have a terrible time trying to work through it and need help.

100% lol. I shared a link to a friend to confirm I wasn't crazy. Then I texted hubby who was out of state for work and guilted him to let me go get him

Emailed immediately after getting a begrudging "okay", then called when the son who posted the ad told me to call his dad directly. I went and got him at 10am the next day. As soon as he saw me he wolf whistled and eye pinned and I knew I wasn't leaving without him

Side note: I first ended up at the wrong house where there was an awkward moment with the guy there , as he had a craigslist meet up with a woman at the same time I arrived So when he tried to sell me a computer and I asked for the bird, we both had a moment of confusion

He should be a poster ‘child’ for what a good diet and good care will do. He just blossomed into those colours!! I remember seeing those pics of the then before, but never put it together that this was him now!!
