I recently got Guinea pigs and have quakers too. I didn’t think the quakers would care to be near the Guinea pigs or vice versa but they are ok with each other. Is it bad to let the guineas close to the birds? Will the birds get sick? I was told it was ok if they lived in the same room but is it ok for them to interact? image.jpg

Considering a small parrot like your quaker can easily bite an ear, leg or nose off your guinea pig, I would say that allowing interaction is a bad idea.
Guinea pigs belong with guinea pigs.

Agree with the above, but please be very careful having guinea pigs on a raised area as well. They could easily be injured if they fell off, and guinea pigs have bad depth perception from what I have heard.
