Grumpy Girl

Bellas has been molting and the poor girl is so itchy, and she can't preen her head feathers and ollie isn't there to help She's been super grumpy and irritable, today i read her a chapter of Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, and she seemed to like it. I will read her some more later I wish she would let me scratch her head for her, she only lets me scratch her neck for a bit. Hahaha, today she got in a fight with one of her toys, she's so funny to watch.

Bathing greatly helps with molting. If she will not bathe herself, you may want to consider using a spray bottle.

if you dont do what the above has mentioned they will pluck it all out from the itch and anxiety of it. dont let them get too upset. give a shower
