Greys in San Diego?

Trying to find a baby Congo in SoCal but no luck. I saw a site supposedly out of Virginia called Hansen Parrots that day they have some babies. Anyone ever here of this outfit and are they legit?

Rainforest Aviary has greys. Paul Colo is the senior birdkeeper for the San Diego zoo. A bit pricey, but they're great birds. I have 2.

If 4k promises a well raised healthy bird with great genetics then I think you will quickly save that money in less future vet expenses and specialized accessories or behavior help. They do say you get what you pay for......

Not according to the website. It’s shows $4000 for greys

They have babies at Feathered Friends, but they're likely around 4K there.

My understanding is 4k for a grey is the norm and larger birds up to 10k. I'm in Virginia, however, I have no knowledge of any breeders in the area.

I am not against that if I can find the right one. But I don’t know where any of the rescue centers are at in SD.
