I love roadrunners,,we had one at Liberty wildlife years ago,, he was smitten with me, would bring me gifts,,,twigs, grass, mouse parts..
..his name was "Beep"...I see the occasional one on my drive through the Rez going to and fro from work,,.. we had a resident roadrunner in our yard a few years ago, he was cool..thanks for the photo Dan!

Yes. They primarily eat reptiles - lizards, snakes, etc. - However they will also eat mice and small birds, and certainly during the winter when the reptiles are hibernating.
