I think that either the Lupron or the Superlorin implant is the way to go. Another benefit of the hormone injection for budgies is that blue budgies are prone to reproductive tract cancers/tumors and those are treated with the same protocol, so by treating one problem, it puts Biscuit at a lower risk for another potential issue. How old is Biscuit, by the way? I hope that regular hormonal treatments get her well, and that you don't have any more emergencies with her.

I don't have any updates...I hadn't heard anything by 12:30 and I was freaking out (since she was supposed to come home this morning). I called and the vet tech said the vet wanted to talk to me, so she would call me soon.
It's been 2 hours and I still haven't heard anything!!! I'm really starting to worry.

Biscuit is on her way home!! She has been off oxygen all day and doing well. I forgot to ask if she passed the egg I was so happy she was doing ok! I figure she did or they would be keeping her. My fiance will ask when he gets her. I can't wait to have her home!!
