merlie also wanted to thank you for the nutsonline link. i'm still dazed because I just ordered 12 odd lbs of grains/seeds etc and shipping was 11.00. For all these years i have been paying 28.00 in shipping for 6 to 8 lbs of kamut from another place!

Ooh ok , I didn't even know they came in seed form Just Pills and Liquid (which both are normally for people lol)

Can you give your Quaker both with giving too much?

I'm not sure how Milk thistle works,when it comes to that

Ruby gets about two tablespoons of Milk Thistle seeds every day for maintenance. She also gets 1/4 tsp bee pollen and 1 tsp flax seed in the same bowl.
